Crimes of People with the HIV Symptoms

For some time past the average age of drug addicts has decreased. You can meet a teenager of 14 years old, suffering from heroin addiction. Drug addicts are persons of unsound mind, they are embittered and aggressive. It is clearly expressed when in addition to this a person has symptoms of HIV. That’s why it is mentioned by psychologists, that such people may begin to work in criminal groups.
Two principal motives, that guide people with HIV symptoms to commit a crime, are:
1. HIV-infected persons DO want to get rid of HIV symptoms and improve their health
2. HIV-infected persons want to take vengeance on those who live without this disease!

1. In the Republic of South Africa and also in the other African countries people are used to thinking that sex with a virgin can help you to remove all symptoms of HIV and even fully cure of AIDS. That is why the amount of sexual offences is increasing incredibly, and rapists are looking for virgins among younger girls (they want to be sure that the younger a girl the more reliable the cure).
According to the official statistics, in this African country children become the victims of sexual violence in 41% of cases (over 58 cases of sexual violence every day), the victims of more than 15% of sexual offences are under 11 years old.
In comparison with the year 1994, when 7559 acts of sexual violence against children were registered, the increase of such kind if crimes has come to 230%. And the reason of this was a false belief into healing power of sex with a virgin.
But the most unpleasant of all is the fact that babies are becoming the victims of rapists more and more frequently (sexual offences of babies at some months of age are registered almost every day). At that rapists knew their victims in 83% of cases.

2. Africa, SAR. In some prisons of Africa and South African Republic for intimidation and terror to criminals the bandit authority deliberately use rape methods by AIDS infected prisoners to teach and punish the disobedient. This process among the population of prisoners is termed as “slow puncture”. To ensure that person is infected HIV he is predominantly bruised with a small incision. Not to say that it gives a positive effect on others.

3. Ukraine and the Russian Federation:
Not long ago several TV-channels showed the message, reported that swimming in the Crimean resorts was dangerous because of the syringes having been used by drug addicts and scattered right into the water (it’s known that drug addicts are susceptible to the symptoms of HIV very often). This is the case when a person addicted to drugs can come to the beach and throw a syringe away. The chief doctor of the Crimean Republican Center of AIDS Control had to state that people had really sustained an injury, but there were just few cases and all of them are under control; no one of injured had the symptoms of HIV and analysis gave negative results.
The cases of injection terrorism were registered in Ukraine, Arkhangelsk, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, and Novgorod. Criminals pricked people with needles (with HIV-positive blood) or sticked an unknown substance and then ran away. The Procuracy instituted criminal proceedings for several of such cases (some other cases are not confirmed). But it pleases that the symptoms of HIV of “pricked” victims were not found and they didn’t get AIDS infection.

4. Russia, Tchaikovsky. 36-year-old drug addict with all his might fought off the police and bit twice the officer of Federal Drug Control Service of the Russian Federation (FSKN), at that he knew about the status of the HIV symptoms he had.
The defendant has been convicted for 2 years and 8 months and serving time in the place of deprivation under Art. 318 para 1 CC RF (Use of Violence against the Representatives of Authority) and Art. 122 para 1 CC RF (Infection with Human Immuno-deficiency Virus (HIV).

5. Brief Analysis of HIV - positive prisoners (Russia, 2000)
In 2000 there were about 5,500 people with the symptoms of HIV, about 160 AIDS infected in places of deprivation. To imagine the portrait of the average prisoner, look at the results of the opinion poll.
