The central nervous system, liver, eyes, spleen, lungs, and kidneys suffer the most. CMV does not have clear signs and symptoms. Rhinitis, fatigue and fever may appear, later on rashes on skin, pain in joints and muscles, symptoms of internal organ diseases show up. CMV infection is found in 39.2% patients with symptoms of HIV infection at the stage of AIDS, when the level of CD4 lymphocytes decreases to 50cl/ml.
